I know it's really hard time for you. You feel like its the end of your life. You are always thinking about your hair loss. You are always in stress because of it. Every time when you are keeping your hand on your hair you notice some hair fall right!

 

SO NOW THE QUESTION IS WHAT ARE YOU DOING WRONG?

So you want to know what are you doing wrong! You are just doing everything wrong. You have no idea that you are just making your hair falling process faster.

In short, the answer is yes and also no

 

  • First, I am going to explain why yes. Cause stress can't make anyone completely bald. Sites can give you temporary hair loss. You can notice hair thinning and you can notice patterns baldness. But if you can remove your stress, Your hair can grow back.

 

  • Now we are going to discuss why no. I know you are waiting for, why no more than why yes. So if you have genetic male or female pattern baldness, it will have less chance to grow back your hair or you can be completely bald.

 

WHAT TO DO FOR BE STRESS FREE?

So my suggestion is to make your life less stressful you have to do some exercise, do some yoga, go for a walk, have a hobby, listen music or dance just try to be happy in your life. Always remember some hair on your head can't define who you are. If you can play guitar, good at any sports, study or in your job what are you doing now and you suddenly be bald, that's not mean your skills are gone too. You have so many things in your life to make you feel confident. You have to make you believe in yourself that it's just a few hairs on your head, It's doesn't make you who you are, your hard work and your actions do. Take an example: did you ever think about when you see Dwayne Johnson (The Rock) "Man, he looks more handsome if he have hair" or "If he have hair, he can be more successful than he is rite now". No right? So be someone, people can notice your personality, success, hard work or your style first not your bald head. And people are facing so many bigger problems in this world more than your f***ing hair so be thankful and if you still talk about it. Go in front of a mirror and slap your face and tell yourself " It's just a few hairs, I can live without it". Be acceptable thanks.
